The Association

  1. The NorQuest College Faculty Association
    The NCFA is governed by the Post-Secondary Learning Act which mandates its existence and defines the roles of all publicly-funded Alberta post-secondary faculty associations. The NCFA: - is the exclusive bargaining agent with the NorQuest College Board of Governors fosters academic and social community, - advances and protects the academic and professional interests of faculty - commits to promoting the joint interests and welfare of the faculty associations of provincial colleges and institutions through the Alberta Colleges and Institutes Faculties Association (ACIFA)
  2. The Executive Committee
    The members of the Executive Committee are represented by all areas of the College. Their roles and responsibilities are articulated in more detail in the NCFA bylaws. The Executive Committee of the NCFA consists of the Executive Officers and Executive Members as defined in Section 4.2 of the NCFA bylaws. The Committee acts as the liaison body regarding all business between the NCFA and the College's Executive Office, Board of Governors, and the public, as well as other organizations and institutions.
